Can anyone tell me what standards were used to create the padstack reference that Tom H. published on the site? I have been reviewing several texts as of late, and I am starting to wonder if the information in the spreadsheet is correct. Can anyone help?

One way to find out how a padstack should look like is the check with any big semiconductor company. They usually have recommendations for their parts. Any special padstack in mind?
Mr Cole, did you really answer the question? An observation is that too many chinese (commercial) forum members have difficulties to keep a low profile in marketing.
