OrCad Layout Solder Mask

In the Layout padstacks, sometimes it creates clearance/pullback
between the TOP copper and the SMTOP soldermask, and
sometimes there is no clearance, that is the dimensions for TOP
and SMTOP are the same. Is there any global setting that will
create the same pullback for SMTOP on all padstacks?
