Server incorrectly requiring log in

Sorry, we had a technical problem where a "permissions" switch to a folder was toggled. It was finally found and toggled back and everything should be back to normal. I have no idea how it got switched...maybe when our host upgraded the server interface and PHP (which still has some other issues I am working on).

Sorry for the downtime. I wish I could say it enabled me to get more work done..
