part type attributes

Does anyone know how I can export all of my part attributes out of my pads library to an Excel file?
Right know I have to add all of the parts to an empty design file and then run a script to export the information to Excel.

Here is a program that allows you to convert the PADS library .p to excel, edit add more parts and then export back to PADs .p format.
