Orcad Layout to allegro and viceversa

any options is there to convert allegro to layout plus and

layout plus to allegro( design files or library files)

Easiest way? If you have legitimate Cadence tools, contact Cadence and they'll happily do it for you.

But, yes, Layout to Allegro can be done. There's translation software on the Cadence site for this. All you need is a Sourcelink account (again with legitimate software, you can access Sourcelink). Allegro-->Layout? No.
