I have a double sided board dated 1978 given to me by a friend, that is used in some old vintage equipment that he is involved with as a hobbie/side business

They are no longer available, from the original manufacturer or any other service centres, and so he would like to reproduce it.
I am guessing that it will probably take me at least 20-30 hours to copy it.

Does anyone know of any shops that could scan an unpopulated board in order to produce the necessary Gerber and drill data in order to manufacture this board?

The board is about 11" x11" in size, and the minimum line width and spacings seem to be approximately .020"/0.020".

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
