MAX Layout to DXF and Back

There is an option in Orcad 9.2 to Export and Import from DXF. However, this seems to depend on a file called MAXDXF.INI which I can't find anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it from?

The file should be in your install root directory. Send me an email and I'll reply with a copy of the file as an attachment.
