Problem importing PowerPCB ASCII to Orcad Layout

Using PowerPCB V5. I ASCII out to Ver3.0.

Importing into Orcad Layout V9. It creates-
PADX
This program performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
Bad *PCB* data.

Help???
