Hi,
Is it any way to set a distance between fanout vias and the pins they are connected to?
I've run fanouts in my layout and all fanout vias were placed about 0.018" form the pads (edge of a via to edge of a pad).
I would like to place vias 0.010” from the pad.
I set via and routing grids to 1 and define spacing between vias and pads to be 0.010" (in Global Spacing setup).
The vias were placed closer but not at 0.010” from pads.
So, how to get fanout vias 0.010" from pads?
