Library Browser

I made a Library Browser for PCB and Logic :
Buttons from left to right :

- connect to PCB
- connect to Schematic
- Installed Libs (Combobox)
- Show Parttypes
- Show Decals
- Search

Dblclick enters a Component to Logic or PCB

Here is the program - it needs VB6 Runtime libs.

The program crashed with some custom libs. Now it should work.

Hi Christian

Nice program, but it doesn't work if the parttype includes a %.
For example 100K/0805/5%.
It looks for "100K/0805/5" instead.

or

"2R2/0.5W/5%/FUSIBLE".
It looks for "2R2/0.5W/5FUSIBLE"

Is this something that can be fixed???

You could also have PADS default libraries list in Excel format here:
libedit (http://libedit.free.fr/htm/en/library/library_databases_01.php)
Only for already installed library but give lot of informations.

Hi Christian,

I have installed your LibBrowser software and am very impressed - however, I have started to get the following error and I am unable to proceed into the software past the startup screen.

"Run-time error '13': Type mismatch"

Where did I go wrong? Is there a fix for this?
