Blaze Router Gate and Pin swap

Trying to use Blaze to help me with some placement, gate and pin options. Can you get Blaze to swap pins and gates to get optimized routing?I know you can minimize net lengths and Blaze will swap pins and gates. I think I remember spectra doing this at another job.
