Hello. I am seeking a method to generate or export dxf from gerber flashes/draws the outlines. My intention is to create from gerber outline boundries of traces and pads. These outlines would then be imported into 3d Finite element analysis software.
Oh yes I use cam350. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have seen referances to a product from Artwork Conversion Software, but it is too expensive for me right now.
Attached is an example of what I mean. I have seen this done on plots from Zuken CR5000 software.
