Powernet.exe - PADS Power PCB netlist from Capture

Hi,

Earlier on the powernet.exe netlist formatter was available via this forum, does any one know why it was taken away. Also who made it ? We're currently looking into programming a better interface - but why start all over if there is a shortcut.

So, can who made the powernet.exe netlist interface from Capture ?
Why was the netlist interface taken away from pcbstandards.com ?

The netlister dll's sure help retyping the first line of the netlist. Will someone come out with a dll for Version 5 of PowerPCB?
