Does anyone know where I can find the dimensions for Compact PCI boards, 3U, 6U and etc.?

You can find that info in Picmg 2.0 rev. 3.0 - this is available at www.picmg.org for a nominal cost.

I am aware that I can purchase it from the PCI guys, but I am just looking for a board outline drawing. If I cannot find one then I will have to do that.
Thanks,
Peter

If you want your Pcb to be compliant you must buy the spec.
There are numerous rules you have to stick to with placement, routing and power.

I should have explained. We are going to use the Compact PCI 2MM hard metric connectors, board sizes (3U,6U) and possibly a card cage, but we will do our own backplane and pin outs. So it is a bastard Compact PCI. It is for medical equipment. So I only need the dimensions so we can use a card cage that is off the shelf. Hope that helps.

Peter408,
The dimensional info can be found in the Erni Components 2 mm Hard Metric connector catalog.
