Allegro/APD Pad Stack naming convention

I need to create an Allegro/APD Pad Stack Naming convention and would like to gather information from others that may be able to share information with me.

I would like the naming convention to be metric based.
Possibly using uM to describe pad sizes unless someone has a better alternative

I need a convention to describe all types of vias and pads:
Through Pad
SMT
SMTwith Via in Pad
Through VIA
Mech Via
Blind via
Buried Via
Back drilled Via
Plated and Non-Plated
Bond Pad
DIE Pad

I'm OK with sharing this when I'm done if it can bring about a callaborative effort in it's creation.

Can you help?
