Pad sizes for lead free

Will pad sizes have to change for "lead free" soldering processes or will existing IPC pad sizes suffice?

I'm on the IPC land pattern committee. I am developing the next generation IPC-7351 libraries and documentation that will replace the IPC-SM-782.

There is no "Lead Free" specification for alternate land patterns at this time. But we do have all the Excel Sheets prepared for when the day comes we can flip a switch and in within a week create all new libraries and documentation.
