Rules setting

Hi all,
I'm new to the blaze router and high speed design, need advise from expert in regards to some blaze setting so that these signals can route effectively. I hate to work late every night just to get these signals right by adjusting all of them manually :-(

1) Impedance control signals
2) Differential pairs
3) When do I set class, group , pin pairs and conditional rules.
