PADS .asc (RULES) -> techfile (constraints)

Is there a macro avalaible to convert a PADS .asc rules section to a technology file.

Hi Chuck,

Interesting thought. I hadn't considered it important yet. Let me explain.

The majority of PADS designs that I've seen so far have very few constraints. And, normally the boards have been designed using 'default' constraints. Hard to believe? Not on the boards I've seen.

Let me look over the .asc sections and see what it would take to make a 'work arourd' for it. The boards I've import seemed simple to 'reconstrain'. :)
