I, for one, don't understand what you are asking. Can you explain?

Hello ,
Inside BGA at least 3 to 4 voltages will be there we can not route those signals in thicker tracks & also the via to via pitch suppose the via annular ring is 3mil then how much u take the minimum copper thickeness to split. If we do split but the copper will be less.pls clarify it.

I would Suggest upping the Layer Count To keep the planes Seperate Rather than Trying to splt for the Different Bga Power pins.

Phillip, gotta keep those costs down buddy ;-) Don't you know that somebody at his company is asking him to reduce layer count, not add to it.
Vinayak, if there are 4 voltages in one BGA, you may have to use two power planes to get it done. Good luck.

Any one done a study lately on how much extra you would pay
for an extra couple of layers as a percentage.
I'm just interested.

Well, I believe it's going to depend on quantity, difficulty, and quality of the board house. He's in India so they are trying to keep everything as low cost as possible. Even at my company, adding layers to dedicate an entire plane to one voltage would be cause for immediate termination!!!
