PowerLogic Schematics TO Verilog Netlist

I am looking for a tool/Script that will generate a Verilog Netlist of my schematics when I am using PowerLogic V4.0.1

Omninet is a tool that can do this but I am looking for something free!

Do you know what the format looks like?

If so could you put a sample in a post.

I am looking to generate the Connectivity of Parts on the Board.
Orcad can generate a Verilog Netlist of the connection of the board. I am looking to do the same thing with PowerLogic Pads.

I don't think PowerLogic will output any other netlist formats than PowerPCB. You may have to edit it yourself.
