Hi Philip,
I know what you're after, but allegro is not set up like PADS in it's data structure. Here's the setup typical to allegro:
(CLASS / SUBCLASS)
1) Board Geometry/Outline
2) Board Geometry/Silkscreen_Top
3) Board Geometry/Silkscreen_Bottom
4) Package Geometry/Assembly_Top
5) Package Geometry/Assembly_Bottom
6) Package Geometry/Silkscreen_Top
7) Package Geometry/Silkscreen_Bottom
8) Etch/Top
9) Etch/Bottom
10) Ref Des/Assembly_Top
11) Ref Des/Assembly_Bottom
12) Ref Des/Silkscreen_Top
13) Ref Des/Silkscreen_Bottom
.
.
.
etc.
It can be mapped to a PADS data structure, but it takes some trial-n-error. I've done it to a few databases, and I'm currently doing it to the pcbstandards.com library.
Good day.

Mitch Thanks for the info.
I do not need to Map the Cad Tools its purley for documentation.
Is it possible to finish the list of for me
I have to do this for all cad tool and would prefer not to have to download all the demos to get this info.
Thanks again.

Mitch
Ignore my Last post.
I didn't realize how long the list would be and feel quite cheeky now.
I've downloaded the free viewer and can get the required
Info.
Thanks Phill
