I am looking for a proven fanout pattern for the TMS320C6416GLZ 521-pin 0.8mm BGA. This chip is full of address and data lines. We have the emulation board from TI that shows how to place the decoupling caps, but we don't know how they fanned the hundreds of address and data lines...
If anyone has done a design with this BGA, I would really appreciate if you can share your methodology, including via size, pad size, trace width, and spacing. If you can share a partial PowerPCB database that would be optimal, or Gerbers if possible.
