96 pin BGA

Has anyone built a 96 pin BGA from TI, with or without breakouts?It is a GKE (R-PBGA-N96) PLASTIC BALL GRID ARRAY, 6X16.

I build BGA's everyday. Send me your PDF file and I will send you your BGA. Anyone else that has BGA PDFs should send them to me I will build all BGA parts for free and add them to the SMN library on pcbstandards.com.
