I have downloaded the library documentation and TH library.
At the moment I am relying on the spreadsheet CAPPR.xls (for example) matching the decals in the library. However, the decals in the TH library don't match the spreadsheet, but the pad size and hole diameter do match the thru' hole padstack list.
Should I use the spreadsheet or padstack list as the reference?
