Translating To / From Allegro &PADS

We are in the process of collaborating cross divisionally, however our other divisions use Cadence/ Allegro. Has anyone had experience translating files to & from Allegro when using PowerPCB (PADS) ?

Any help on this topic is extremely appreciated.

Hi Mike,

I'm in the process of converting all the PADS land patterns to Allegro now, so you can contact me. I haven't gone the other way, and don't plan to. I'm currently using PADS at work, and I don't see how it could be done, outside of taking the gerbers, importing them to CAM350, then into PADS; but that just doesn't cut it with me.

Are you going from PADS to Allegro?
