Have someone ever heard PowerBGA this software

Hi

I herad this(PowerBGA) in PowerPCB document / BGA Tutorial ,

So I am curiousity about this that I print all paper , and I want

to learned it .


But I got proplem , that is I cann't find PowerBGA in

PowrPCB.


I knew that there is an BGA icon in toolbar of PowerPCB , I am

not Sure that Is it same as PowerBGA ?

As I understand it, PowerBGA was a product that Innoveda sold that was a very high end PowerPCB.

I do not believe it is sold anymore. Some of the features, such as Die Bond stuff, is part of the Advanced Packaging Toolkit.

Meanwhile Mentor still selling Advance Packaging Toolkit (formely known as Power BGA).

However, even the highest package PP565 doesn not include Advance Packaging Toolkit. It's an optional stuff.

you must make sure your license does include avdance packaging toolkit before you can use that.

It's an icon with a cross.
