I have been successful with verifying gerbers using the IPC-356A netlist until today. I have a board that has blind vias. When I generate gerbers I have to make 3 NCdrill files. Two for the two different blind vias and one for thru vias. I can import into Cam350 ok then I edit the ncdrill table.
When I extract and import netlists I get tons of errors saying that nets are not connected. Any ideas?

Since yesterday I learned that I have go to Tables\Layer Sets and define my blind/buried via layers. I did that along with aligning my origin to that used in PADS. I still get errors though.

Dave,
You are the perfect candidate for the new CADSho - CAM350 Electronic Training Manual. It covers this subject. Unfortunately it won't be completed until next week.
Did you talk to Mike Harris or Ray Fugitt (DownStream Tech Support) regarding this matter? Or are you off yearly maintenance?

Tom,
I'm off maintenance however I will keep hammering away at this.
I'm successful with all boards that have all thru vias. It's just the blind vias that are a little tricky. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for your help,
