Staggered die wire bonds

I can't seem to do a staggered land pattern for die wire bonds using the "wire bond wizard" of the PowerPCB 5.0.1

It gives only one circle of pads.

Can somebody help ?

The BGA tutorial should help you out here. It is in C:\padspwr\Documentation\tutorial_bga.pdf by default. Section 6 is about the Wire Bond Wizard, and assigning the CBPs to rings.

The key thing is that to alternate rings the CBPs are assigned to, you select a group of CBPs and assign them to two rings. The program will then alternate the assignments (CBP 1 to ring 1, CBP 2 to ring 2, CBP 3 to ring 1, ....) I think that is what you are looking for.
