Capture-PowerPCB-PCB Navigator

We are using Orcad Capture 9.2.3, Power PCB 5.0, PCBNavigator 3.3. We are new to PCB Navigator and having difficulty making it work. Is anyone out there successfully using these three software packages? Successful at back anotating changes made in PowerPCB to Capture using PCB Navigator? If so, I have some specific questions.

I am currently upgrading to PowerPCB v5.0.1 and Orcad 9.2.3.
We purchased PCB Navigator 3.2 awhile back and I've been trying to get in-touch with Precience for about 2 weeks but can't get a reply to email or phone. We have a maintenance agreement but never received v3.3. Did you purchase 3.3 or did you receive it as a maintenance upgrade.

I'm wondering if Precience is still in business?

Any help would be appreciated.

We received 3.3 because we are on maintenance but we had to call for it. They lag. Do you have these three tools working together?

We currently do not have the three tools working together.

I finally received a reply from Precience yesterday and downloaded v3.3.

I will not have a chance to install the new version until Thursday.

I will get back to you and let you know how it works out.
