Why when I open the chip resistors I have two libraries: LEAST USE ENVIRONMENT AND LEAST MATERIAL CONDITION, one is saved as IPC and the other not, what should I use and why these diferent names?
And thanks again for your answers.

Laszlo

I am not sure. Are these referring to the libraries in PCBstandards?

I think I understand what LEAST MATERIAL is, but it is normally relative to MAX MATERIAL. In other words, the smallest or largest a part could be. This would be similar to the 3 tier system we use, where you would use the LEAST MATERIAL one for tighter designs.

I think.

But your two libraries seem to refer to the same thing. LEAST USE would seem to be a part that you would not use in a nominal requirement.
