I'm trying to find a decal for an Intersil ISL6571. It is a 68 lead MLFP (micro lead frame plastic package). It also has 3 large pads that sit inside the leaded pads that solder directly to the bottom of the chip. I couldn't find anything in the libraries here, but I don't know if the part is called something else.

John, can you link to a datasheet or show us a PDF of the footprint? Never mind, I found it. Hang on...http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn9082.pdf

You would have to modify our standard QFN part. Look at QFN5-10X10-68 which represents a 10mm x 10mm 68 leaded Quad Flatpack No-lead device on .5mm lead pitch. The standard includes one normal large pad under the device. You will need 3 separate ones, which is what makes this chip customized.

but I couldn't find the part (or decal) listed in the downloadable SMM library. I'll have to poke around for it.
